Optimized Configuration of Parks Considering Demand Response and Flexibility Resource Collaboration
This study proposes an optimization planning model for industrial parks that considers various types of flexible loads and resources, aiming to improve the economic and low-carbon performance of the parks. The model comprehensively accounts for demand response from electric, heating, and cooling loads, as well as multiple distributed resources. Case analysis results show that the demand response characterization method presented in this paper can simultaneously consider the coupling relationship between price incentives and various types of loads within the park, effectively reducing peak load pressure and improving energy utilization efficiency. The increase in flexible resources enhances the operational flexibility of the park and lowers overall operating costs. The integrated planning method that combines demand response and flexible resources can significantly reduce carbon emissions in the park.
