Increasing Maximum Reach in Coupled Core Multi-Core Fiber Using Subcarrier Multiplexing

Subcarrier multiplexed transmission is used to reduce nonlinear interference NLI and increase the maximum reach of coupled core multi-core fiber. An increase of 19% in the maximum reach is achieved by deploying 8 subcarriers.
