Space-Air-Ground-Marine-Submarine Integrated Networks Simulation in NS-3

As 6G communication systems develop, the Space-Air-Ground-Marine-Submarine Integrated Networks (SAGM-SINs) emerge as a vital framework, addressing the need for comprehensive information services across military, navigation, and IoT sectors. This paper proposes an integrated network model that combines satellite, aerial wireless, and underwater acoustic communications, aiming to surpass the limitations of single communication modes while enhancing their respective strengths and ensuring mutual enhancement. The paper details the model's implementation on the NS-3 platform and assesses the performance of AODV, VBF, and an ModifiedVBF protocol, focusing on delivery ratio and end-to-end delay. It reaches its conclusions through simulation and result analysis, demonstrating the integrated network's capability to optimize communication routes and boost efficiency.
