Dynamic Compensation for Chromatic Dispersion in Rapidly-Tuned Optical True Delay Lines

We propose a dynamic compensation method for optical true delay lines characterized by significant dispersion and tunable wavelengths. By employing a dual-polarization dual-parallel Mach-Zehnder modulator, we enhance signal quality through effective mitigation of dispersion-induced degradation.

Abstract

We propose a dynamic compensation method for optical true delay lines characterized by significant dispersion and tunable wavelengths. By employing a dual-polarization dual-parallel Mach-Zehnder modulator, we enhance signal quality through effective mitigation of dispersion-induced degradation.
