Wavelength-Locked, Widely Tunable Laser Through Self-Injection-Locking a DBR Laser to High-Q Integrated Resonator
We propose a wavelength-locked laser through self-injection-locking a DBR laser to high-Q Si<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">3</inf>N<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">4</inf>resonator, exhibiting full C-band tuning with narrow linewidth, and frequency deviation of 107 channels from the ITU-grid less than ± 1.5 GHz.
