Optimal Planning of Integrated Electricity-Hydrogen-Heat Energy System Considering Long-Term Low-Output Events of Wind Power
The long-term low-output events (LLEs) of wind power are usually difficult to capture. The previous modeling methods often disassemble such events, resulting in the loss of key information. In view of this problem, a new 3D index modeling method is proposed in this paper. Then, an empirical mode decomposition-priority chronological time-period clustering (EMD-PCTPC) algorithm is developed. This method can not only effectively retain the chronological order of the original wind power output, but also fully retain the LLEs in a long time scale. On this basis, an optimal planning model of integrated electricity-hydrogen-heat energy system is built. Through the verification of the IEEE-33 node power system and the 6-node thermal system, the results show that the EMD-PCTPC algorithm successfully reduces the total cost by 4.31%, and significantly reducing the loss of load by 57.4%, which promotes the stable operation of the integrated energy system.
