High-Precision Dual-Channel TEC Temperature Controller for LiDAR Doppler Vibrometry System

In this paper, a high-precision dual-channel TEC temperature controller for LiDAR Doppler vibrometry systems is discussed. The control stability <0.006°C and accuracy < ± 0.65% with setting stabilization time <15s is achieved through experimental verification.
