Pre-layout and Scheduling Strategy of Mobile Emergency Resources in Distribution Network for Extreme Events

China is in the critical period of energy transformation, and reliable and flexible distribution network is a certain requirement for the rapid development of China society. In order to enable the urban distribution network to quickly restore power supply after extreme disasters, a pre-layout and scheduling strategy of mobile emergency resources in distribution network for extreme events is proposed. Firstly, based on the power grid-transportation network integration system, considering the possible impact of extreme disasters on distribution lines, aiming at minimizing the weighted load shedding of target users after disasters, the pre-layout and scheduling strategy of mobile emergency resources in distribution network for extreme events is proposed, and the superiority of established model and algorithm is proved by an amended IEEE33-node example.
