Swept-Wavelength Interferometry for Phase Error Measurement of Arrayed-Waveguide Grating on X-Cut TFLN
A 100GHz channel spacing AWG based on TFLN is reported. The dimension of the AWG is <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{1}.\mathbf{43}\times \mathbf{1}.\mathbf{44}\mathbf{mm}^{\mathbf{2}}$</tex>. The device shows a crosstalk level -8dB and an insertion loss of 5dB. A swept-wavelength interferometry was built to measure the phase error of each arrayed waveguide of the AWG.
