High Performance Dual-Band Chirped Grating Coupler with High and Balanced Coupling Efficiency
A dual-band grating coupler based on one-dimension chirped structure is proposed based on silicon-on-insulator platform, which can simultaneously improve and balance the peak coupling efficiency in and between O- and C-band.
