Research on the Application and Development of the Whole-County Distributed Photovoltaics
In order to further integrate resources and achieve intensive development, reduce rush hour power load, and optimize distribution network investments [1], China has pushed for the whole-county (including county-level townships, boroughs, etc.) rooftop distributed photovoltaic power construction nation-wide since June 2021. However, the surge of photovoltaic power capacity brought problems of grid connection and power absorption to those regions with a high installed capacity. Therefore, using Jiangsu province as a case study, this paper explores the development and application of whole-county distributed photovoltaic power construction and proposes further suggestions.
