Amplitude-Constrained Gerchberg-Saxton (AC-GS) Optimization for Laguerre-Gaussian Beams in Atmospheric-Turbulence Channels

We propose an amplitude-constrained Gerchberg-Saxton method to effectively compensate for the distorted Laguerre-Gaussian beams. The proposed scheme exhibits the greater adaptability and achieves 5.33% improvement on the mode purity compared to conventional GS scheme.

Abstract

We propose an amplitude-constrained Gerchberg-Saxton method to effectively compensate for the distorted Laguerre-Gaussian beams. The proposed scheme exhibits the greater adaptability and achieves 5.33% improvement on the mode purity compared to conventional GS scheme.
