Dual-Optical-Modes-Based Polarization-Insensitive Thin-Film Lithium Niobate Electro-Optic Modulator
A compact and high-speed polarization-insensitive thin-film lithium niobate electro-optic modulator is experimentally demonstrated. The proposed device has a polarization-dependent loss of approximately 0.244 dB and a bandwidth of significantly over 50 GHz.
