Robust Fabrication of SNAP Bat Microresonators via Laser Annealing Saturation Effect

Bat microresonators are unique resonators possessing spatially uniform rather than oscillating eigenmodes. We develop an exceptionally accurate and robust method to fabricate SNAP bat microresonators based on the laser annealing saturation effect.
