Enhanced Modulation Bandwidth in Tunneling-Injection Quantum Dot Laser

We reported an enhanced modulation bandwidth in an optimized tunneling-injection quantum dot laser, with a <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$K$</tex> - factor as low as 0.2 ns, and a corresponding 3-dB modulation bandwidth of 44 GHz.
