The Technology and Application of Multi-Rate Receiving in 50G PON
This paper gives the technology and applications on multi-rate receiving ability of 50G-PON upstream. The progress of ITU - T standardization is presented. The technical feasibility is analyzed. Receivers for multi-rate are compared. Applications and use cases are given.
