Direct Electric-Field Measurements of High-Order Harmonic Mode-Locked Quantum-Dot Lasers
We carried out frequency-resolved optical gating measurements of Si-based InAs/GaAs quantum dot 4th-order colliding pulse mode-locked lasers. The impact of electrical driven condition on laser cavity dispersion and modulation modes were figured out.
