Study on Two-phase Optimized Scheduling of Virtual Power Plant Based on Scheduling External Encapsulation Standard
In order to solve the increasingly serious problem of insufficient power resources, virtual power plants have become a research hotspot in recent years. At present, there is a lack of research related to the aggregation of scheduling characteristic parameters of virtual power plants in China, and virtual power plants often appear to be of different sizes, resulting in large discrete scheduling data and unstable scheduling processes. This paper proposes a two-phase optimal scheduling model for virtual power plants based on scheduling external encapsulation standards. In the first phase, the grid dispatch center proposes the scheduling external encapsulation standard and screens out the virtual power plants that meet the standard to participate in the actual scheduling; in the second phase, the agents of the virtual power plants carry out the assignment of power generation tasks among the internal power generation units. This method ensures that the virtual power plants' scheduling characteristic parameters meet the dispatch center's requirements and habits. Arithmetic simulation analysis using the improved IEEE14 node model. The results show that the model can effectively shorten the total scheduling time and increase the stability of the scheduling process at the same time.
