Multi-Time Scale Voltage Distribution Characteristics Analysis of Distribution Transformers Based on Data Mining Technology

With the construction of new power systems, the randomness and uncertainty of distribution voltage are increased by the large number of nonlinear loads and distributed photovoltaics. The development of intelligent distribution network enables power grid enterprises to obtain massive voltage data of distribution transformers. Based on data mining technology, this paper analyzes the voltage distribution characteristics of regional distribution transformers, explores the clustering method of regional distribution transformer, and realizes voltage early warning by combining the prediction results, so as to improve the precision level of voltage management.

Abstract

With the construction of new power systems, the randomness and uncertainty of distribution voltage are increased by the large number of nonlinear loads and distributed photovoltaics. The development of intelligent distribution network enables power grid enterprises to obtain massive voltage data of distribution transformers. Based on data mining technology, this paper analyzes the voltage distribution characteristics of regional distribution transformers, explores the clustering method of regional distribution transformer, and realizes voltage early warning by combining the prediction results, so as to improve the precision level of voltage management.
