A Compact High-Selectivity Bandpass Filter Based on Through-Glass-Via IPD Technology
This manuscript introduces a miniaturized LC bandpass filter utilizing Through-Glass-Via-based Integrated Passive Device(IPD) technology. The dimensions of the filter are 1.19×0.97 millimeters. The filter is designed to function within the 5G N77 frequency band. It achieves a return loss exceeding 18dB and an insertion loss of less than 1.25 dB within the passband from 3.3GHz to 4.2GHz. The filter employs a dual-mode resonator and is designed with a symmetrical structure for analysis. The filter achieves two transmission zeros at low frequencies and one at high frequencies, thereby suppressing the N41 and WIFI-5G frequency bands.
