IoT Integrated Quality Checking and Stage Classification for Dairy Products

This study presents an approach to evaluate milk quality in the dairy industry by leveraging advanced sensor technology with Internet of Things (IoT). The setup involves temperature, pH, turbidity, and color sensors to measure the different parameters of milk quality. The core idea is accurate real-time assessment of milk quality based on these parameters. An innovative system allows for automatic and accurate grading of milk through the use of coding algorithms that process data collected from sensors. Microcontroller embedded with such algorithms read and evaluate data from sensors to classify milk according to their quality. With this integration of IoT technology and remote monitoring, it makes the dairy producers a more proactive tool in making the milk products safer and more consistent. This method is one that would increase the quality control measures, minimize human errors in processes, and make production better in terms of accuracy and smoothness. For example, a dairy industry where milk is continuously tested, Sensors automatically check the temperature, pH, turbidity, and color of the milk. If the milk's temperature is outside the safe range or other parameters looks abnormal, the system instantly alerts the industry person or workers via the Blynk app. This allows immediate action, ensuring only high-quality milk reaches consumers. This proposed method will come in portable to the benefit of farmers and consumers. The method gives the farmers an assured quality control mechanism that the products shall reach the unsuspecting consumers and the consumers will have faith in getting the milk safe and to a very high quality. These results can also be monitored continuously using blynk console that enable the producers of dairy industry to monitor the quality parameters continuously.
