The Demonstration of Traffic Prediction Based on SDN Controller for High-Quality Private Line in OTN

We propose a customized traffic prediction method based on software defined network controller. The field trial in optical transport network demonstrates that our proposed method can realize the intelligent and dynamic resource allocation with normalization deviation of prediction less than 0.01 for all users.

Abstract

We propose a customized traffic prediction method based on software defined network controller. The field trial in optical transport network demonstrates that our proposed method can realize the intelligent and dynamic resource allocation with normalization deviation of prediction less than 0.01 for all users.
