Market Compensation Mechanism for Industrial Loads Participating in Frequency Regulation
The industrial load has a great potential for suppressing wind power fluctuation because of its characteristics of large power consumption and strong power controllability. When the energy-intensive industrial load participate in the frequency regulation market, the existing compensation mechanism formulated according to the characteristics of the generation units is not suitable for evaluating the actual frequency regulation effect. In this paper, based on the analysis of power regulation characteristics of typical industrial loads, a power coupling characteristic model is established, and the influence of power regulation on production is analyzed and quantified. Then, based on the characteristics of industrial load power regulation and the current market mechanism, the market compensation mechanism of energy-intensive industrial load participating in power grid frequency regulation is proposed.
