Quantum Random Number Generator Based on Coherent Optical Receiver

We proposed a quantum random number generation scheme based on a coherent optical receiver to measure vacuum fluctuation. We achieved the quantum random number aggregation generation rate of 23.6 Gb/s by 1 GSa/s oscilloscope.
