An Enhanced Velocity Measurement of Coherent Lidar Based on Time-Domain Compensation and Phase Compensation

We propose an enhanced speed detection method that reduces computational resource. Measurements of targets at 18.5 km show that the average speed detection probability increases by 49.17%, and the average speed mean square error decreases by 35.32%.
