On-Chip Dispersion Compensation in the 2-µm Waveband Based on Circulator-Free Silicon Nitride Chirped Bragg Grating

We demonstrate a circulator-free dispersion compensator for the 2 µm-waveband based on a silicon nitride chirped Bragg gratings (CBGs). The group velocity dispersion ranges from 50 to 120 ps/nm/m in the 1998-2032 nm wavelength range.

Abstract

We demonstrate a circulator-free dispersion compensator for the 2 µm-waveband based on a silicon nitride chirped Bragg gratings (CBGs). The group velocity dispersion ranges from 50 to 120 ps/nm/m in the 1998-2032 nm wavelength range.
