Research Review of Organic Semiconductor Devices
Organic power semiconductors have been widely used in flexible electronic devices and other fields due to their flexibility and low manufacturing costs. However, in the field of power applications, the thermal and electrical stability of organic materials is poor, resulting in unreliable device performance. This article elaborates on the working mechanism of organic semiconductors and summarizes their current development status from three aspects: device structure, organic materials, and preparation methods. The future development direction is to improve the voltage resistance and thermal stability of organic transistors through higher performance structural design, higher mobility materials, and higher quality manufacturing methods. These works have great engineering guidance significance for engineers in related fields.
