Beam Synthesis Method for Tri-Polarized Antenna Arrays Based on the Multi-Objective Differential Evolution (MPDE) Algorithm

This paper proposes a beam synthesis method for tri-polarized antenna arrays based on the multi-objective differential evolution (MPDE) algorithm. This algorithm is a swarm intelligence optimization method that relies on the convergence principle of individual gene differential iteration. It also optimizes the hemispherical multi-polarization coverage characteristics of tri-polarized antennas, effectively reducing the sidelobe levels and increasing array gain during wide-angle scanning while further suppressing sidelobe levels. Moreover, the algorithm demonstrates a significant improvement in convergence speed compared to traditional swarm optimization algorithms, and its differential iteration operator is easier to implement in hardware programming, making it suitable for high-speed beam scanning and tracking scenarios.
