High Birefringence Hollow-Core Negative Curvature Fiber Sensor Based on Surface Plasmon Resonance Effect

A high birefringence hollow-core negative curvature fiber with a nested tube structure is designed for refractive index sensing using surface plasmon resonance effect. It achieves the maximum sensitivities of -10,620 nm/RIU and - 10,620 nm/RIU, respectively.
