Design of New Small Broadband Two-Dimensional Sum-Difference Integrated Network
A novel two-dimensional sum-difference network (TDSDN) based on branch line coupler and 90° phase shifter is proposed in this paper, which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional sum-difference networks and exhibits wider bandwidth. The fractional impedance bandwidth for |S11|<-10dB is 36% at a center frequency of 5.5 GHz, along with a phase shift of approximately ±8° in operating band.
