Design and Analysis of Calibration Device for 2450MHz Microwave Leakage Meter Based on Waveguide Method
The waveguide method is a method provided in the IEEE Std 1309 standard for calibrating field probes and field sensors, particularly suitable for the calibration of microwave leakage meters. Compared with traditional standard field methods, its biggest advantages are low cost, small size, and the ability to generate large field strengths with only a small power input, which can meet the calibration of some large range power density points. Based on the working principle of waveguide method, the theoretical derivation of waveguide method has been improved, and a low-cost, miniaturized, and large range 2450MHz microwave leakage energy meter calibration device has been designed. Simulation and experimental results show that the calibration device can effectively meet the calibration requirements of commonly used 2450MHz microwave leakage meters.
