Joint Compensation of Doppler Shift and Phase Noise with Ultra-Fast RSOP for Satellite Communication Systems Based on Kalman Filter

In this paper, an IEKF algorithm is proposed in a satellite communication system that jointly compensates for the Doppler shift at 12GHz and RSOP at 80 MHz/s and tolerates a laser linewidth of 30 MHz.
