Intelligent Reflecting Surface-Aided Underwater Optical Wireless Communications with Wavy Surface

Underwater optical wireless communication offers high-speed underwater data transmissions. In this paper, we study an intelligent reflecting surface-aided NLOS UOWC system with wavy surfaces, showing that IRS enhances approximately average 12.56% link reliability.
