A Band and Spectrum Allocation Scheme Considering Propagation Loss in Optical Networks with Hollow Core Fibers

Focusing on the propagation loss of hollow-core fibers, a band selection and spectrum allocation scheme based on genetic algorithm is proposed. Results show that, the resource efficiency in the optical network can be effectively improved.
