Impact Analysis of Low Carbon Technologies for Residential Buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Regions
The construction industry has become a key area of emission reduction action due to its huge energy consumption and significant proportion of carbon emissions. The development of ultra-low energy buildings is in line with China's policy of “peak carbon dioxide emissions carbon neutrality”. To investigate the technical system and economic scheme of ultra-low-energy-consumption residential buildings suitable for hot summer and cold winter regions, this study takes a model house in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, as a research object, establishes a typical residential model, and analyzes the effects of external walls, external windows, sunshades and ventilation forms on energy consumption. The incremental cost of ultra-low energy consumption residences was discussed, and the popularization value of ultra-low energy consumption buildings in hot summer and cold winter regions was analyzed.
