DIRECTIONS OF MANAGEMENT OF INVESTMENT AND INNOVATION SUPPORT OF ENTERPRISES IN THE FIELDS OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND INNOVATIONS

The article studies the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical issues of substantiating the directions of management of investment and innovation support of enterprises in the fields of information technologies and innovations. The relevance of the topic of the study is due to the fact that at the present stage of digitalization, digitalization, the issue of managing investment and innovation support for enterprises operating in the fields of information technology and innovation is especially relevant and important, because they belong to high-tech organizations, for which new technologies, developments, inventions and the processes of informatization, digitalization are the main means of carrying out their main activities and, in fact, the content operational activities, and therefore have an important role and importance. The article is aimed at studying the directions of management of investment and innovation support of enterprises in the fields of information technology and innovation. The methodological basis of the study was the methods of scientific cognition: analysis and synthesis, system approach, structural, process, adaptive, complex, functional scientific approaches. The obtained scientific results consist in substantiating the identified areas of management of investment and innovation support of the spheres of information technology and innovation, consisting of three main key components: providing state support and stimulation of digitalization and innovative scientific and technical activities; assistance in digitalization, promotion of newly created innovations; formation and development of an ecosystem of digital innovative technologies, the complex, systematic implementation of which, will make it possible to transfer innovation activity to a new level of high-tech digital development and ensure powerful integration, introduction of newly created innovations, strengthen the relationship between science, education and production and build a new powerful national innovation ecosystem on its basis. The prospects for further research are that the comprehensive, systematic implementation of the areas substantiated in this study will make it possible to raise the innovative activities of IT and innovation enterprises to a new level of high-tech digital development and ensure powerful integration, wide implementation of newly created innovations, and generally strengthen the relationship between science, information technology, education and production.
