Me (Ni,Mn)‐Polyaniline@Graphene Oxide Composites: Electric, Dielectric Properties, and Electrochemical Impedance
Abstract Multilateral electrophysical and electrochemical studies of new composite materials PANI@GO, Ni‐PANI@GO, and Mn‐PANI@GO were carried out in comparison with GO and PANI monomaterials. The samples were characterized by using complementary techniques such as SEM, EDX, PXRD, XPS, FT‐IR, Raman, and UV–vis spectroscopy. Frequency dependences of complex resistance, dielectric permittivity, and conductivity of bulk samples of PANI@GO composite were investigated. The dielectric constant at low frequencies is quite high in composite samples, and it is 6244, 3887, 17802, for PANI@GO, Ni‐PANI@GO, Mn‐PANI@GO, respectively. It was shown from Motta–Shottky plots that the studied materials exhibit n ‐type conductivity. The values of the flat band potential, ranged from −1.87 to −0.27 V. When metals are added to the composite, the flat band potential shifts towards more negative values, and the concentration of charge carriers decreases.
