Design and Implementation of Smart Home Air Monitoring System
In order to improve the living environment of users and facilitate their real-time monitoring of the gas environment in their homes for intelligent control, this article designs a smart home air monitoring system based on the Internet of Things, which can enable people to have a clearer understanding of the air environment indicators in their homes; Add voice control to improve air quality indicators. This system is divided into hardware end and software end. The hardware end includes data acquisition module, control processing module, speech recognition control module, and network deployment module. The data collection module uses LoRa technology for self-organizing networks and data collection, collecting temperature and humidity, CO, CO2, and TVOC concentrations. The control processing module is composed of LoRa core board equipped with corresponding decision actuators, such as ventilation execution and humidification execution. The speech recognition control module is composed of an STM32 gateway connected to an ASRPRO chip, responsible for parsing and executing speech content and sending it to the control processing module. The networking module consists of multiple LoRa core boards, STM32 gateways, and Wi Fi modules. It is responsible for using LoRa self-organizing network technology to network and obtain unified data, and using MQTT to collect and organize the collected data before sending it to Alibaba Cloud servers for storage. We have developed an Android APP using Android Studio on the software side. By connecting to the Alibaba Cloud platform, we can obtain hardware data, view the collected data, and perform control processing. We can dynamically view the air quality in the room and receive different control processing reminders. Through testing, this system has achieved intelligent speech recognition, data collection, and terminal linkage control.
