A Study on the Influencing Factors Overall Like Satisfaction of Residential Areas according to the Period of Residential, Focusing on the Youth of Sejong City

The purpose of this study is to examine factors influencing the overall life satisfaction of the residential area according to the length of residence, focusing on young adults in Sejong City.A t-test was used to examine the differences in the factors of overall life satisfaction of the residential area according to the length of residence, and a multiple regression analysis was conducted to examine the factors influencing the overall life satisfaction of the residential area by length of residence.When identifying the difference in factors by residence period of less than 5 years and more than 5 years, it was found that there was a significant difference in satisfaction by area of residence (housing) and satisfaction by area of residence (consumer life).When identifying the influence of the main influencing factors of satisfaction (overall life) by residence period of less than 5 years and more than 5 years, it is found that satisfaction (health), satisfaction (consumption life), and satisfaction (education) are the higher for those who have lived in the area for less than 5 years, but satisfaction (education), satisfaction (health), and satisfaction (consumption life) are the lower for those who have lived in the area for more than 5 years.Although the influencing factors are similar in duration of residence, there is a difference in influence, so it can be used to prepare a differentiated local environment by considering the duration of residence even for young adults of similar age.
