Aggressive Behaviour in University Students Comparative Demographic Analysis

This study aims to establish a comparative analysis of university students on their aggressive behavior and its impact based on the economic situation, family structure, and educational performance. The primary data was collected through a questionnaire based on a Likert scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being the least agreed and 5 being the most agreed statement. The questionnaire comprises 24 items that target independent variables like compensation, family structure, and educational performance. The statistical technique applied to obtain the results is multiple regressions. The research results establish that family environment contributes to the aggressive behavior of male university students. Financial situation satisfaction contributes to the aggressive behavior of 20-23-year-old university students, educational performance satisfaction impacts aggressive behavior for 28-31-year-old university students and all the variables contribute to the aggressive behaviors of 32-year-old and above-age students. In income groups less than 20k and more than 50k, aggressive behavior is not dependent on the three variables gauged. Financial dissatisfaction contributes to the aggressive behavior of 20k-30k income group students. In the income groups of 30k-40k and 40k-50k, educational performance satisfaction and financial situation dissatisfaction are the causative agents for aggression.
