Managing Geographic Information Systems for Chachoengsao Province Administration

The purposes of the research were to study and develop the state and problems of Info-Geometrics Technology of Chachoengsao Province Administration (CPA). The model of the Geographic Information System (GIS) for CPA developed according to management system theory including input factors consisting of person, hardware, software, database, and budgets. Administration can choose to operate all four systems at once or select some systems. Output and outcome consisted of GIS for administration, needs information for individual users, and the person's assessment. 96.67 % of the experts approved the appropriateness and the practicality of the proposed model.
