A Deep Neural Network for Simultaneous Channel Estimation and Signal Detection in MIMO-OFDM-FSO System
The complex receiver and limited performance of Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) Free Space Optical (FSO) communication systems are addressed by employing a Deep Neural Networks (DNN) for channel estimation and detection tasks. The DNN learns the mapping relationship between the atmospheric turbulence channel's complex characteristics and the signals through extensive data processing, enabling joint channel estimation and detection. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method exhibit enhanced robustness, superior generalization performance compared to traditional detection algorithms.
