Adoption of Digital Platforms and AI Tools on Sustainable Procurement Using EATM

In today's competitive corporate world, efficient supply chain management is essential. Information and communication technologies (ICTs) make supply chain activities more efficient. E-procurement systems, particularly those based on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), have grown in popularity due to their ability to increase productivity and efficiency. So, the study aims to discover the adoption of digital platforms and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for Sustainable Procurement. The study uses mixed methods of research because the study tries to explore the adoption of digital platforms and AI tools using the Extended Technology Acceptance Model (EATM) and also it tries to find the effect of the same using analytical tools so it is also analytical research. The study measures all these factors such as intention to use, perceived usefulness, ease use of use, image, result demonstrability, output quality, job relevance, voluntariness, and usage behavior using the ETAM model. To measure these factors a survey was conducted using a structured questionnaire. The results of the study show the revolutionary potential of digital platforms and AI technologies in sustainable procurement, as analyzed using the Extended Technology Acceptance Model (ETAM). AI-enabled technologies improve procurement efficiency, transparency, and decision-making processes, which are critical for fulfilling sustainability targets
