Design of a Six-Order Microstrip Low-Pass Filter
In order to achieve the wide application for the wireless communication system, a six-order microstrip low-pass filter (LPF) is designed here. Meanwhile, the microstrip line with adjustable length is adopted to improve the discontinuity of step impedance. The results show that the insertion loss in the passband is less than 0.89 dB and the side frequency for stopband is about -24.13 dB. Furthermore, better frequency response is represented with the super return loss and group delay.
