Design of a Broadband Absorption Transmission Frequency Selective Surface Structure
This paper proposes a frequency selective surface structure (FSS) with absorption and transmission performance, which exhibits electromagnetic transmission performance between 9GHz~13.5GHz and absorbs waves in the low- frequency range. This structure mainly consists of two parts: a bandpass FSS structure with a wide transmission band and an FSS structure combined with resistive elements for low-frequency absorption. When electromagnetic waves are incident, they first pass through the frequency selective surface that absorbs in the low-frequency band, and then pass through the band-pass filter to achieve a wide transmission band. The simulation results of this structure show that a wide transmission frequency band with a reflection coefficient S11 less than -10dB is obtained in the range of 9GHz~12GHz, while in the low frequency range, the bandwidth with S11 less than -10dB is 3.2GHz~6.2GHz.
