Thai Mango Varieties Web Application: An Evaluation Using the System Usability Scale
Thailand is a major global producer of mangoes but lacks a dedicated online database for its diverse mango varieties. This study developed and evaluated a Thai mango varieties database web application to provide valuable information to farmers, researchers, and businesses for informed decision-making in cultivation and marketing strategies. The application was evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS), which assessed the five key attributes: learnability, efficiency, memorability, error management, and satisfaction. The application achieved a high score of 88.57 for satisfaction, demonstrating its effectiveness in meeting user needs and expectations.
