Data-Based Circuit Design Method for Class Φ Resonate Converters

The complicated multi-resonance operations are critical challenges that limit the parameter design freedom and accurate implementations of resonate converters. To describe the circuit operations, conventional analytical design methods rely on a large number of equations and approximations. The whole design process is time-consuming and the valid design freedom is greatly narrowed by the approximations. To avoid modeling complex operations and realize automated design, we propose a data-driven circuit design method based on simulations and surrogate models. The proposed method fully gets rid of complicated circuit analysis and equation derivations, while maintaining the same design accuracy as analytical methods. The widened design space benefited from the proposed method also enables freedom for performance optimization.
