Research on Optimization Strategies for the Application of Emerging Wireless Technologies in Real Estate Appraisal

In this paper, the author aims to investigate how existing new generation wireless technologies could be implemented to the field of real estate appraisal, and how the performance of these technologies could be enhanced. As the development of 5G, IoT, big data, and AI will become more and more stable, these technologies can enhance the precision and speed of property valuations. The article first discusses the existing uses of these technologies like how 5G increases data transfer rate, IoT sensors allow appraisers to get real time data and how AI and big data are instrumental in the use of AVMs. But there are still some issues in the adoption of these technologies, such as high costs for developing the necessary infrastructure, the problem of data protection and the majority of conventional appraisers have no technical education. To overcome these challenges, the paper outlines the following optimisation strategies which include; increasing infrastructure investment and cooperation, data security, technical education and integration of hybrid cloud. By applying aforementioned measures, the real estate industry would be able to enhance the use of new wireless technologies to enhance appraisal performance and reliability. In the future, with advancement in the application of Technology, electronic smart and auto tools will be the order of the day in appraisal of real estate.
