Virtual Fire Survival Learning Simulation: A Case Study of School Students in Chiang Rai Province
Fire emergencies can occur unexpectedly, making it crucial to be prepared and knowledgeable about how to respond effectively. Proper preparation can significantly reduce the risk of injury and loss of life. Utilizing a virtual reality simulation system for learning about fire and fire survival is a highly effective method for enhancing safety and minimizing risks during actual fire events in daily life. This research focuses on developing a fire simulation system designed to facilitate learning and practice in fire survival, with the goal of increasing knowledge and understanding of fire-related emergencies. The research team conducted a feasibility study on developing an application aimed at improving learning and instruction through a virtual reality platform. This platform allows learners to experience realistic scenarios. The system was tested with children in Chiang Rai Province, Thailand, and the results were collected and analyzed to inform further development.
