Information System "GTO Network Database"
This article is dedicated to the development of the information system "GTO Network Database" (GTO IS) for the collection, storage, and automation of data processing regarding the performance of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex "Ready for Labour and Defence" (VFSK GTO) by the population of the Russian Federation in 2023. The GTO IS includes a database and statistical analysis tools, which optimize data management processes. The article discusses the stages of system design, application architecture, technologies used, and security considerations.
